Since 2010, no Ettahad package leaves this office until the Shariya Board has reviewed its services, contracts and accounts line by line. Two members travel with every caravan.

Duties of the board
- Review every package for Shariah compliance — services, contracts, and the permissibility of financial structures.
- Conduct the weekly Fiqh of Hajj training and certify every guide before the season.
- Travel with each caravan — at least two members on the ground through the days of Hajj.
- Answer ritual questions on-site, from miqat to the farewell tawaf.
- Audit all funds and charity accounts, and report annually to pilgrims.

Fiqh of Hajj & Umrah with Dr. Hafiz Mahmudul Hasan, after Maghrib at the head office. Open to all — registered or not. Sisters’ seating arranged separately.
