About Us
Our story is a road, walked together.
Ettahad — “the union” — was named for what we believe Hajj is: not a product sold, but a trust carried on behalf of the guest of Allah.
In 2013, forty-two pilgrims set out from Dhaka under a banner hand-sewn by the founder’s mother. The buses were rented, the tents were basic, and the paperwork was carried in a single briefcase — but every pilgrim returned, and every pilgrim returned whole. That first caravan set the rule we have never broken: we do not sell a seat we have not sat in.
Today Ettahad contracts its own makatib within walking distance of the Haram, runs a permanent office on Ibrahim Khalil Street in Makkah, and places a scholar of our Shariya Board with every caravan. Yet the measure of our work has not changed since 1998: a pilgrim who can say, on the plain of Arafah, that nothing was hidden from them — neither the price, nor the plan, nor the One they came to answer.
What we hold to
Four weights on the scale.
Amanah
Every payment receipted, every account audited, every promise written before it is spoken.
Shariah first
No package leaves this office until the Shariya Board has walked through its services line by line.
Radical transparency
Your file, your documents, your visa stage — visible to you at every step, on this site or at the desk.
Care of the elderly
Wheelchair teams in Makkah, ground-floor rooms where possible, and guides who stay beside your mother as if she were theirs.
